At this meeting of the Value Incentives Learning Collaborative, participants will:

1. Discuss value incentives in the light of recent projections for health care spending.
2. Review and solicit feedback on two Collaborative projects: administrative simplification and accountable care models.
3. Consider next steps for the Collaborative, including potential new projects.
