The biannual members meeting of the Leadership Consortium for a Value & Science-Driven Health System took place on March 21, 2019.
The meeting centered around reviewing the strategic initiative elements for two of the Leadership Consortium’s Collaboratives: the Digital Learning Collaborative (health data as a core utility) and the Care Culture & Decision-making Collaborative (individual and community engagement). Meeting objectives include:
1.Discuss the current status, nationally and for the relevant Collaborative working groups, with respect to the aims of each Initiative.
2.Consider possible benchmark core indicators for inclusion in a tracking dashboard for assessing progress for each Collaborative’s operational arena/suite of activities, and consider the implications for NAM action.
3.Identify and prioritize key opportunities, challenges, and partnership strategies to facilitate progress.
