The Roundtable on Value & Science-Driven Health Care will hold a meeting of its members with a focus on disruptive innovation in health care: the changing roles for patients, families, and the public. The goals of the meeting are:
1. Measurement. Explore the use of measurement to drive quality improvement and payment for value and better understand current experiences in the field.
2. Implementation. Discuss challenges and resulting strategies to the implementation of a core set of measures for health care.
3. Health information exchange. Explore recent developments in health information exchange opening opportunities for industry-enabled acceleration.
4. Roundtable and Collaborative opportunities. Review the Roundtable’s agenda of activities, and the priority opportunities looking ahead.
